Why do you think you're not feeling good about that work out? You probably already know this, but one key to successful exercise is variety, otherwise your body gets in a rut and it uses up a lot less to get through the same routine it alread knows. Maybe you want to add spice to your 30 minutes of bike by going faster or using a different speed for 30 seconds every 3 minutes or something like that. Keep up the good work!
