"When I lived in Vegas I was stripping all the time, so that helped keep the weight off. Now that I don't do that anymore, I have noticed the pounds creep up on me each week, but I kept thinking, tomorrow I will do something about this.. and tomorrow never came - until today."

Saphira wanted to join The Biggest Loser - Canine Edition to take back her life and help her breathing. "Carrying around all of this extra weight I sound like a pig sometimes - trust me, it's not attractive. I also choked on a hard piece of mulch a few years back which certainly didn't help my breathing - but I am hoping that if I shed a few pounds I will be able to breathe easier and have a better quality of life."
