We had a blast in Minnesota!
The first few days at home I felt great. Energized and ready to continue on our quest to get to MN and move on to the next phase of our business.
Then as the days go by, and things that you set out to do don't get done, and more days pass with no workouts.. blah blah blah becomes our life again.
I think that both D and I were so bummed to be coming home we actually got into a funk. Into a blah routine
filled with days and nights of blah.
Before MN I had the picnic, Greg's Birthday luncheon, the MN trip all to look forward to. Now what? Winter. Not being in MN. =(
Yesterday I finally snapped out of it. There is a conference in the middle of October that I am going to and that is a perfect mid-goal to get me focused on routine again. I want to be back to feeling fit and healthy again. Confidence - here I come. =)
So I went to the pool. Did 20 minutes on the bike, 10 minutes stretching, 20 minutes laps, 15 minutes Hydrotherapy tub. =) I felt great. I also got over 15,000 miles on the pedometer. It was a very good day.
